This role allows overtime and requires a half-day rotating Saturday shift (from home). The expectation is to be fully in office during training, but there is the opportunity for a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office / 2 days remote. Responsibilities

-Assisting in answering customer questions

-Explaining and cross-selling various products and services (promotes products based on discovered customer needs).

-Providing support via telephone and secure message (resolving issues and answering questions).

-Gathering and processing customer information.

-Assisting and training branch personnel on electronic banking procedures.

-Potentially accepting mortgage loan applications (as a licensed originator).

-Obtaining and analyzing daily reports related to online banking activity, including fraudulent activity and service metrics.

-Maintaining knowledge of retail banking policies and procedures.

-Executing outgoing communication efforts (telephone, email, mail).

-Working with vendors and outside service providers to maintain operational standards.
