Compensation: $90/hour

Position: Full-time available. In Person only

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Therapist (BCBA) to provide individualized behavior therapy services. In this role, you will support clients by implementing effective behavioral interventions and collaborating with families to enhance their children’s development. This position offers the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including home and community-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
2. Deliver direct therapy services as per the developed plans, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
3. Provide guidance and support to families on implementing strategies and techniques in daily routines.
4. Document and analyze data relating to client behavior and treatment efficacy.
5. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
6. Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Prior experience providing behavior therapy in a clinical or educational setting
• In-depth understanding of evidence-based behavioral interventions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs
