Position Snapshot:
- Job Title: Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
- Shift: Days (7:00 AM 7:30 PM)
- Hours: 36 hours/week
What Youll Be Doing:
- Deliver hands-on respiratory care in critical care units including ICU, CCU, Emergency Department, and Med/Surg
- Work side-by-side with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-focused care plans
- Assist with treatments, assessments, and documentation of respiratory therapy services
- Gain experience with leading-edge respiratory equipment and protocols
- Learn and grow with guidance from experienced respiratory therapists and clinical mentors
What You Need to Get Started:
- Completion of an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program (Certification level)
- Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License (MARTL) or eligibility
- CRT credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) (or pending)
- CPR Certification
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for weekends and holidays as needed
