Description
As a leader in this position, you will oversee the recruitment and placement of top-tier medical professionals in various healthcare settings. You will collaborate closely with healthcare organizations to understand their needs and ensure that we connect them with the best talent available. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding our recruitment strategy and enhancing our service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment efforts for internal medicine professionals
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Guide the recruitment team on industry best practices
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
- Participate in networking events and medical conferences
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with a specialization in Internal Medicine
- 10+ years of experience in medical recruitment or related fields
- Proven leadership experience at the Director or Vice-President level
- Strong understanding of the healthcare staffing landscape
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Commitment to providing high-quality service and support
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Call shifts required
Will be leading across 70 sites (65% PCP, 33% subspecialty)
50% clinical work, 50% administrative work
Leadership Duties: Align and build upon recruiting, onboarding, professional development, and performance evaluation
Previous leadership experience required
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
