OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Worcester, MA by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Join HMD Trucking as an OTR solo CDL-A driver operating out of Worcester, MA to move dry van freight across the country. You’ll handle long-haul runs while working with a safety-minded support crew.

Pay & miles: Starting pay at 65 CPM with weekly averages around 2,500 miles and bonus opportunities for safe driving, inspections and referrals.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain DOT-compliant tractor-trailers on OTR routes.
• Complete accurate logs, inspections and delivery paperwork.
• Ensure cargo security and punctual deliveries.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
• Adherence to DOT standards and a clean driving history.
