SailPoint Administrator-INTL LATAM/INDIA

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a SailPoint Administrator to join a top Financial Service client. This resource will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and enhancement of the SailPoint IdentityNow (cloud) platform, ensuring secure, automated, and compliant access management across the organization. This role manages user access provisioning and deprovisioning, supports integrations between SailPoint and upstream/downstream systems (including JSM, UKG, and custom preprocessors), and enhances joiner and leaver workflows. The administrator onboards new internal and third party applications into IAM, implements and maintains SailPoint connectors, and designs role based access control models for both existing and newly onboarded applications. In addition, the role oversees periodic access certification campaigns, including automation, custom notifications, and executive reporting. The SailPoint Administrator also provides platform and infrastructure support, troubleshoots system errors, and works closely with application, security, and IAM stakeholders to continuously improve identity governance processes. Compensation is based on years of experience and location: $13-$15/hr for India and $30-$35/hr for LATAM.

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience administering SailPoint ISC (cloud version)

• Strong background in identity and access management, including access provisioning and deprovisioning

• Experience supporting API-based integrations, including JSM ? SailPoint and UKG ? SailPoint connectors

• Experience onboarding applications to IAM, including: SailPoint connector implementations (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle), Flat-file integrations, Externalized authentication and authorization models

• Solid understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) design and implementation

• Experience administering access certification campaigns, including automation and remediation

• Ability to create custom SailPoint email templates, reports, and senior management dashboards

• Strong troubleshooting skills for SailPoint platform and integration errors

• Familiarity with POSTMAN for API testing and validation

• Working knowledge of custom preprocessors or extensions (e.g., C#/.NET applications)

• Experience integrating admin, privileged, and service accounts into IAM
