Outpatient Physical Therapist — Dracut, MA
New-Grad Friendly | Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000
Total Compensation: $95,000–$120,000
(commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

- Conduct patient evaluations and build individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy and meaningful patient education.
- Communicate consistently with patients, physicians, and care teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.
- Active (or in-progress) state PT license.
- Strong clinical judgment and clear communication skills.
