Program Manager, LICSW/LMHC - Remote | WFH
Wraparound Model Implementation: Ensure staff consistently adhere to the ten principles of the Wraparound model.
Staff Development: Conduct hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the AVP.
Emergency Support: Provide back-up 24/7 emergency on-call beeper coverage.
Program Oversight: Direct 1-1 supervision of Senior Care Coordinators and Senior Family Partners.
Guidance & Support: Ensure the CSA program is implemented per guidelines outlined in the Performance Specifications and CSA Operations Manual.
Community Engagement: Some visits in the community, requiring reliable transportation.
Remote Flexibility: Remote hours are available and encouraged!
What We're Looking For: Education: Master's degree in a related behavioral health field.
Licensure: LICSW or LMHC.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
Supervisory Experience: Three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Program Experience: Experience managing a home-based or Wraparound program is preferred.
Transportation: Access to consistently reliable transportation.
