We're seeking a dynamic Program Manager to join our Community Service Agency (CSA) and lead our intensive care coordination services.

Your Opportunity: Empower Youth and Families Through Collaborative Care

As a Program Manager, you'll be at the heart of our CSA program, providing vision, leadership, and support to our team of care coordinators and family partners. You'll ensure the delivery of high-quality, wraparound services to youth and young adults (ages 3-21) facing serious emotional disturbances. What You'll Be Doing:

Team Leadership: Provide vision, leadership, supervision, training, and evaluation for all program staff.
Wraparound Model Implementation: Ensure staff consistently adhere to the ten principles of the Wraparound model.
Staff Development: Conduct hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the AVP.
Emergency Support: Provide back-up 24/7 emergency on-call beeper coverage.
Program Oversight: Direct 1-1 supervision of Senior Care Coordinators and Senior Family Partners.
Guidance & Support: Ensure the CSA program is implemented per guidelines outlined in the Performance Specifications and CSA Operations Manual.
Community Engagement: Some visits in the community, requiring reliable transportation.
Remote Flexibility: Remote hours are available and encouraged!
What We're Looking For:

Education: Master's degree in a related behavioral health field.
Licensure: LICSW or LMHC.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families.
Supervisory Experience: Three (3) years of supervisory and/or management experience.
Program Experience: Experience managing a home-based or Wraparound program is preferred.
Transportation: Access to consistently reliable transportation.
