Position Overview We are seeking a reliable Front Desk Associate to support client transactions, visitor assistance, administrative coordination, and front-office operations within our Boston facility. Key Responsibilities * Greet visitors, drivers, and clients professionally * Process service-related payments or transaction records when applicable * Maintain front desk documentation and visitor logs * Assist with scheduling and service coordination * Support office administrative tasks and recordkeeping * Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately Minimum requirements: Qualifications & Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous cashier, front desk, or administrative experience preferred * Strong communication and customer service skills * Basic computer and transaction processing skills * Reliable attendance and professional demeanor Benefits * Competitive salary * Paid training * Opportunities for growth within customer service and operations * Stable, full-time employment * Supportive and professional work environment
