How You’ll Make an ImpactImagine mid-shift: a minor mechanical hiccup slows a line. You pause the run, diagnose the likely cause, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with your supervisor. Minutes later, the line is back to spec, packaging is moving, and quality checks confirm standards are met. That’s the kind of hands-on problem solving you’ll do here—every day.
Your Core Responsibilities- Operate and oversee production machinery to maximize efficiency.
- Assemble and package items precisely to specification.
- Execute quality inspections to ensure product conformity.
- Keep your area safe, clean, and well-organized.
- Partner with teammates to achieve output targets and deadlines.
- Escalate safety issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- Engage in training to broaden your technical skill set.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior manufacturing/production exposure is beneficial.
- Collaborative mindset and strong work discipline.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Foundational mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting ability.
- Flexibility for varied schedules and overtime as required.
- Effective communicator with a positive, can-do approach.
