Human Resource Coordinator
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator in Boston, MA. Key Tasks:
- Support employee lifecycle transactions in an HR system (e.g., hires, terminations, promotions, job changes)
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries via shared inboxes or ticketing tools
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and employment verifications
- Help administer benefits and compensation-related processes
- Generate standard HR reports and assist with data requests
- Support system updates, testing, and process improvements within HR operations
- Hands-on experience supporting employee lifecycle transactions in an HRIS
- Experience managing organizational changes (e.g., role changes, reorganizations)
- Some exposure to recruiting or talent acquisition processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, support-focused HR environment
