Job Title: Entertainment Lighting Systems Sales Administrator

- The estimated pay range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience.
- Coordinate the systems sales process from initial lead generation to project management handoff.
- Collaborate closely with the National Estimating department to optimize bidding efficiency and sales team workload.
- Prepare and submit proposals and bids through various channels including online portals and in-person interactions.
- Manage contract documents, ensuring timely internal reviews and compliance with insurance and tax-exempt requirements.
- Create and distribute weekly sales and project management reports while directing incoming calls to identify potential sales prospects.
- Proven organizational and time management skills to effectively handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with both internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency.
- A proactive team player who excels in collaborative settings and is capable of working independently.
- Relevant experience in sales, administration, or office management, preferably in the construction, entertainment, or related industries.
