The Growth Collective is a niche, trauma-informed, women’s mental health practice created to support women in healing, growth, and empowerment. We specialize in relational therapy, trauma recovery, high-functioning anxiety, eldest-daughter stress, boundaries, perfectionism, and emotional wellness.

Our practice is expanding, and we are hiring an experienced, grounded, and collaborative LMHC Clinical Supervisor to provide supervision for our post-graduate, pre-licensed clinicians. This is a highly flexible, low-stress contractor role perfect for an LMHC who loves supervision and wants meaningful supplemental income without additional admin responsibilities.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Massachusetts LMHC licensed for 3+ years who can serve as the Supervisor of Record for one or more pre-licensed clinicians. The supervisor will provide weekly individual supervision (or a combination of individual and group), review clinical work, support case conceptualization, maintain compliance with MA licensure supervision requirements, and collaborate with the practice owner.

This is NOT a therapy role.
There is no billing, no documentation burden, no marketing, and no management duties .
Just high-quality supervision in a niche, supportive practice.

What You’ll Do

• Provide weekly or biweekly supervision to pre-licensed clinicians (individual, group, or blended model)
• Sign off on supervision hours toward LMHC licensure
• Review clinical cases, documentation, and risk assessments
• Offer guidance on trauma-informed, relational, and integrative therapy modalities
• Support clinicians in developing strong clinical judgment, cultural humility, and ethical grounding
• Follow all MA Board of Allied Mental Health supervision guidelines
• Collaborate with the practice owner for clinical cohesion and practice culture
• Maintain professional liability insurance
• Document supervision minimally (basic supervision notes)

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• LMHC in Massachusetts
• Minimum 3 years post-licensure
• Experience supervising or strong interest in clinical supervision
• Strong grounding in trauma-informed care, relational therapy, attachment work, or integrative modalities
• Good boundaries, warm interpersonal style, and the ability to hold space for developing clinicians
• Ability to provide both clinical guidance and emotional containment

Preferred:

• Experience working with women’s mental health
• Experience with trauma, anxiety, parts work, or somatic approaches
• Experience in private practice settings

Compensation

• $75–$100 per supervision hour (1099 contractor)
• Paid monthly
• Opportunities to increase hours as the practice grows
