Greater Boston Area | High-Volume Import Dealership
A growing, customer-focused automotive dealership is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a high-performing service department. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven leader who is passionate about customer satisfaction, employee development, operational excellence, and profitability.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage all aspects of dealership service operations
- Drive customer retention and CSI performance
- Recruit, train, develop, and retain service advisors and technicians
- Monitor and improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Maintain effective workflow, scheduling, and repair order management
- Collaborate with parts, sales, and leadership teams to achieve dealership objectives
- Minimum 3 years of automotive service management experience
- Track record of improving CSI, employee performance, and departmental profitability
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in a high-volume dealership environment preferred
- Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or similar DMS experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
