Winter 2026 Start

The base salary for this position is $64,000 plus a joining bonus of $5,000.

Location: Boston-based opportunities with a 4 day in office expectation.

Marketing Associate, Paid Social

The Paid Social team drives Wayfair's presence on Meta by pairing creative strategy with rapid experimentation to engage customers across Facebook and Instagram. As an associate, you will help shape and execute Meta-specific creative initiatives by managing creative requests, launching campaign assets, and providing actionable feedback to creative partners. You will support campaign launches by building landing pages, creating ads, and ensuring flawless execution across seasonal, promotional, and trend-driven initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend creative thinking with data-driven insights, transforming learnings into recommendations that influence Wayfair's broader paid media strategy.

WFNA Promotions

This role is responsible for the end-to-end curation of a specific vertical across Wayfair and Wayfair Canada, managing cross-functional teams (Marketing, Creative, Operations, Category Management) to ensure successful campaign execution and adhering to timelines. Key activities include recommending Event lists and concepts based on data, partnering with Merchants and Category Management on strategy, and meticulously curating and QA-ing events before launch. The position also requires analyzing campaign performance with the Analytics team, reporting on in-the-moment trends, and supporting the execution of major promotional events (e.g., Cyber Month, Way Day).

Retail Marketing Associate, Perigold

Perigold is seeking a Retail Marketing Associate to join the Perigold Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing a robust marketing playbook to drive traffic to our first-ever Perigold retail stores and supporting a cohesive omnichannel shopping experience. You will drive our local marketing campaigns and activations for our physical retail stores and lead the ongoing coordination and optimization as store locations scale.

Marketing Reporting Associate, Perigold

Perigold is seeking a Promotions Associate to join the Perigold Marketing team. This role will oversee Perigold’s Promotional strategy, including event concepting and briefing, managing discount sourcing, site execution, and reporting. Additionally, this role will own the execution and measurement of special offers across channels and support the evolution of Perigold’s promotional capabilities. You’ll be an owner of the customer experience, ensuring that campaigns launch successfully as planned, with the right products, on-site and across marketing channels.

What You’ll Need

Basic Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of professional transferrable experience in a corporate environment, including internship and co-op experience
• You must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by Wayfair now or in the future

An Important Note About Wayfair's In-Office Policy

All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday.
