BST and Clinical Biomarker Lead, Neuroscience, Associate Director - Remote | WFH

What You'll Be Doing: Develop and drive translational fluid and tissue biomarker strategies for neuroscience programs.
Collaborate with external clinical and academic experts to enhance biomarker plans.
Author biomarker and bioanalytical sections of clinical documents (protocols, regulatory submissions, reports, etc.).
Lead a BST sub-team to coordinate the execution of biomarker and bioanalytical deliverables for clinical trials.
Oversee the implementation of biomarker and bioanalytical plans, including vendor selection and assay development.
Represent BST at cross-functional teams and keep leadership informed of progress.
Collaborate with clinical sciences, regulatory, research, and other functions to support program objectives.
Influence and inspire scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and scientific rigor.
What You'll Need: PhD in a scientific discipline with 7+ years of experience, MS with 13+ years, or BS with 15+ years.
Extensive drug development experience, preferably in neuroscience.
Strong background in biomarker development, various biomarker technologies, and assay development.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
Enterprise mindset and strong cross-functional partnership abilities.
Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary Range: $149,100.00 - $234,300.00 (Actual salary depends on qualifications and experience).
