Job Summary:
We seek an experienced and dedicated Senior Veterinarian to lead our medical team and ensure the highest standards of patient care.
As the Senior Veterinarian, you will be pivotal in overseeing medical operations, mentoring junior veterinarians, and delivering exceptional veterinary care. You will collaborate with our team to uphold the best practices, enhance client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the clinic.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality medical care, diagnostics, and surgical procedures to various animal patients.
Lead, mentor, and support the veterinary team to ensure excellence in patient care.
Develop and implement the best practices, protocols, and treatment plans.
Foster strong relationships with clients by providing clear communication and compassionate service.
Oversee and contribute to continuing education programs for the veterinary team.
Collaborate with the Practice Manager to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Ensure compliance with all veterinary regulations, licensing, and safety protocols.
Stay updated with advancements in veterinary medicine and integrate them into practice.

Requirements & Skills:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
Licensed to practice veterinary medicine within State of practice.
Minimum of one (1) plus years of experience in veterinary practice, with leadership experience preferred.
Strong medical, surgical, and diagnostic skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for animal care and a commitment to continuous learning.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and make sound medical decisions.
