Requirements
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and maximize outcomes.
- Provide exceptional hands-on therapy and instruction to patients.
- Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Contribute to the overall success of the clinic through teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctorate degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum is required.
Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice in our facilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for regular interactions with all patient populations and colleagues.
Commitment to delivering compassionate care and enhancing the patient experience.
Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
