Schedule: Full-Time | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | 5 days per week (including weekends and holidays as required).
Pay: $23.60 an hour.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Cook to support the British Airways First Class Lounge at BOS Airport, delivering a premium culinary experience for our guests. This role is primarily back-of-house but may be guest-facing at times and requires professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail. Candidates must be able to work in a secure airport environment and meet all TSA requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute high-quality menu items for plated and buffet service.
• Ensure food is prepared, presented, and maintained to first-class standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and, when needed, with guests regarding menu items or dietary questions.
• Comply with all airport, security, and TSA regulations.
• Support inventory, receiving, and proper storage of food and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an experienced Cook in a high-end restaurant, hotel, lounge, or hospitality setting 2+ years.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English for job-related duties, including safety, training, and guest service.
• Must be able to pass TSA background checks and airport security screening.
• Ability to work the assigned full-time schedule (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM), including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
