We’re a fast-growing startup based in Watertown, MA, and we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Content Manager to help bring our brand to life across Instagram and TikTok.

This is a part-time, remote role with flexibility, creative ownership, and real opportunity to grow with the brand.

What You’ll Do

Content & Social

• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram and TikTok
• Build weekly and monthly content calendars aligned to launches, promotions, and cultural moments
• Design on-brand graphics and short-form video using Canva, Capcut, in-app tools, etc (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Posts)
• Edit lifestyle, beauty, and UGC-style content that feels native, not overproduced
• Write captions for the posts

Creative & Brand

• Translate SKN WTR’s aesthetic into social content
• Stay on top of trends, audio, formats, and platform best practices
• Help evolve our visual identity and social voice over time
• Collaborate closely with the founders and creative team

Community & Growth

• Support light community management (DMs, comments, engagement)
• Track performance and optimize based on what’s working

Who You Are

• You have real-world experience creating social content for wellness, aesthetics, skincare, fitness, or fashion brands, with work examples to share
• You live in the area, and are able to come into SKN WTR to shoot content 1x a week
• You’re highly efficient in Canva (or other editing platforms) with a strong graphic design eye
• You’re deeply in tune with Instagram and TikTok trends and know how to make content feel native
• You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and can work independently
• Running paid social campaigns (IG, FB, TikTok) is a plus
