We are seeking a dedicated and performance-driven Home Lending Specialist to join our team in a permanent capacity. In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your deep knowledge of credit and home lending requirements to guide clients through their end-to-end financial journey. salary: $25 - $29.61 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Direct Hire Role
• Knowledge of credit and home lending requirements.
• Communicates professionally, effectively, and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clients in person and over the phone. Is a critical thinker and can analyze financial and credit data to advise clients of product/pricing policies and guidelines and gather any additional required information.
• Has effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and problem resolution.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Dedicated, enthusiastic, driven and performance-oriented; possesses a Excellent work ethic.
• Can be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
