Lead Revenue Cycle Consultant - OHPAC/Soarian Financials
Job Description
An experienced consulting professional who has at least 3-5 years of experience working with Soarian Financials solutions, operational industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Has expert level knowledge of Soarian Financials data models, stream services, reporting, workflows, and business rules. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to implement Oracle Health products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle Health methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
As a foundational member of the Revenue Cycle Advisory Services Optimization team, you will assist by analyzing complex business problems and proposing solutions to solve with automated systems in mind. Team members will be passionate about finding efficiency opportunities to provide impactful solutions to solve our customers' challenges. You bring a positive, agile attitude every day and keep scalable processes in mind while providing consistent and measurable feedback.

Responsibilities
Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex business solutions utilizing Oracle Health products and technology to meet customer needs. As part of a Day 2 Optimization Service team, provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications. Designs details of automated systems. Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. May provide consultation to users in automated systems. Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers. Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge. Influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle Health solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to implement Oracle Health products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
Build a robust Soarian Financials optimization assessment and dashboard that identifies opportunities for improvement. Drive and lead customer presentations of those opportunities, participate in the sales process of selling Day2 Optimization Services, and leading optimization projects. That includes system assessments, configurations, and solution deliveries.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
