At ESMA, you'll experience a unique and diverse professional journey by working with a wide range of clients across multiple settings, which may include schools, day habilitation programs, skilled nursing facilities, home health services, and early intervention programs. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide client-centered care across various settings, including schools, day habilitation programs, and skilled nursing facilities, to promote meaningful participation in daily activities.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations through contextual and clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interdisciplinary collaboration to assess clients' strengths, challenges, and functional abilities.
- Support skill development by using evidence-based interventions to enhance essential life skills related to self-care, work, and leisure.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and equip clients and families with education, strategies, and resources for long-term success.
- Mentor Occupational Therapy students, fostering their professional growth, contributing to the development of the field, and enhancing client care through shared knowledge and insights.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Holds a valid/current professional license as an Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts (or will soon!)
- Graduate of an accredited master’s level (or higher) program in Occupational Therapy
- Is willing and able to travel to/between multiple work locations
- Can pass extensive background checks and provide professional references
- Is eager to explore multiple settings and patient populations
- Is a passionate clinician committed to making a difference in the lives of others
