Senior Manager, Content Marketing
Join our rapidly growing fintech serving the insurance and banking industries. We’re seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Content Marketing professional who possesses an "AI-forward mindset" to help accelerate our growth as the category leader in Dynamic AI through compelling narratives featuring evidence-based storytelling.
What you’ll do:
Design and implement a content strategy that showcases our customer successes and highlights the value Earnix delivers to the markets.
Develop a segmented, persona-based approach to create relevant content experiences across the buyer’s journey, focusing on the specific needs and success metrics of an expanding set of relevant personas.
Identify opportunities to reach high-value prospects at the right moment, with the right message, at the right time.
Build and manage a robust community of content contributors, including colleagues, freelancers, industry experts, and GenAI platforms.
Track, evaluate, and communicate the performance of all content assets.
Maintain a relentless focus on pipeline growth and nurturing customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS
You’ll do it using:
Strong background in designing and implementing a strategic content agenda.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
Knowledge of the diverse needs across cultures and regions, enabling tailored content.
Proven experience using MarTech tools to optimize content distribution and engagement.
Excellent problem-solving and project prioritization skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong technical and analytical skills to measure content effectiveness.
