We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organised Remote Data Entry Analyst to join our dedicated team. This is a Full-Time position based out of our operations in Quincy, Massachusetts, United States . The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining critical data within our systems, playing a vital role in our operational efficiency and commitment to data integrity.

Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter customer account information, service orders, and billing details into company databases.
* Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies, making corrections and updates as necessary to ensure data accuracy.
* Maintain the integrity of our databases by performing regular data cleansing and quality checks.
* Prepare, sort, and organise source documents for data entry.
* Generate reports and retrieve data for internal teams as requested, ensuring timely delivery of information.
* Comply with data integrity and security policies to protect sensitive company and customer information.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and support departmental projects.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a data entry, data analyst, or similar administrative role.
* Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a strong eye for detail.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with data management systems and CRM software is highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further qualifications in administration or a related field are a plus.

Compensation

* A competitive hourly wage of $28 - $35 USD per hour , dependent on experience and qualifications.
