Mental Health Therapist - Remote

What You'll Do:

Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create, implement, and review treatment plans.
Maintain ongoing documentation, including case notes and treatment plan updates, in line with company policy.
Provide excellent, compassionate care to clients while working collaboratively with a dynamic, diverse team.
Develop creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
Manage a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week (for full-time clinicians).
Coordinate services with other professionals, such as case managers, medical staff, and families, to ensure comprehensive care.
Participate in clinical staff meetings, trainings, and other professional development activities.
What We're Looking For:

A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
Independent clinical licensure (LICSW/LMHC) preferred. We will also consider LCSWs with outpatient therapy experience.
Current Massachusetts licensure.
Experience with assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort working with a diverse client population.
Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Ability to maintain professional boundaries and submit timely, accurate documentation.
Ability to pass a background check.
