We are seeking a dedicated Quality Technician II to play a vital role in ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality. In this impactful position, you'll support development, evaluation, and refinement of processes, helping deliver products that consistently exceed customer expectations. Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication or a similar environment, with hands-on inspection and quality control in a continuous improvement QMS setting.
• Proficiency in dimensional verification, including PPAP and first article inspections.
• Familiarity with GD&T concepts and ability to interpret manufacturing documentation.
• Experience programming and operating FARO & Micro-Vu measurement equipment.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and quality metrics presentation skills.
• Ability to develop calibration procedures and perform equipment calibration per ISO standards.
• Excellent communication skills for interpreting technical information and providing training.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification as a Quality Technician.
• Experience with programming for FARO and Micro-Vu measurement systems.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and internet tools.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, and simple correspondence.
• Experience working in a metal fabrication environment under a formal QMS.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate degree in a related field.
• Over 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing inspection role, particularly in metal fabrication environments.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday.
• Exposure to moderate and occasionally loud work environments with moving mechanical parts.
• Physical capacity to stand, sit, handle tools, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to support calibration, documentation audits, and process improvement initiatives.
• Certifications and programming skills for measurement equipment are a plus.
