SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Astound is seeking a driven Direct Sales Representative to join our Sales & Business Development team in Telecommunications. In this field-based role, you'll prospect residential and small business customers, conduct in-person and virtual presentations, and sell Astound's high-speed internet, TV, and phone services. You'll represent our customer-first culture, building strong local relationships while meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals. Working with cutting-edge broadband and WiFi technologies, you'll collaborate with regional teams, support community events, and continuously grow your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on network expansion and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify residential and small business customers for Astound broadband, video, and voice services.
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue, and product-mix targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
• Educate customers on Astound's fiber-rich network, Wi
• Fi solutions, and bundled offerings.
• Collaborate with local marketing and field teams to support neighborhood and community events.
• Provide responsive, customer-first service throughout the sales cycle and post-sale follow-up.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and stay current on promotions and competitive offerings.
• Represent Astound's brand and values within assigned territories and community engagements.
• Report pipeline, forecasts, and territory feedback to Sales & Business Development leadership.
