Position Overview:
The Director of Field Human Resources is responsible for influencing our field teams' culture, engagement, and performance. This role acts as the bridge between our corporate people operations strategy and its implementation within our field locations. Please not this is a field based position based out of the Methuen, MA area.

Key Responsibilities:
Field Operations Support:
- Work with field leaders to understand and align with business objectives while identifying people-related priorities and challenges.
Strategy Development:
- Craft and implement HR strategies that support business goals, ensuring fairness and consistency across all field operations.
Talent Management:
- Partners with Talent Acquisition on field recruitment efforts, emphasizing diversity and inclusion while focusing on attracting and retaining quality talent.
- Promote training and development programs tailored for field employees.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a guide for field leaders and managers on employee relations issues, ensuring equitable treatment of all employees.
- Foster proactive communication strategies to enhance employee involvement and address concerns uniformly.
Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure all HR practices within field operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Keep updated on HR best practices to ensure consistent and compliant internal policies.
Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee performance review processes for field operations, ensuring unbiased evaluations.
- Collaborate with field leaders to identify and nurture talent, ensuring a diverse talent pipeline.
Team Leadership:
- Guide, mentor, and develop the Field People Operations team, advocating for a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are beneficial.
- 7+ years of experience in HR or People Operations with a focus on field or multi-location environments.
- Proficiency with HR regulations and employment laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to visit field locations as needed.
