A chef-driven restaurant in Sturbridge, MA is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to take full ownership of kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day kitchen operations
• Lead, coach, and mentor a small culinary team
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are maintained
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
• Collaborate with ownership on menu development and operational improvements

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef
• Ability to independently manage kitchen operations
• Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Highly organized, dependable, and process-driven
• Passion for quality food and exceptional guest experiences
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, small-team setting

Compensation & Schedule

• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, approximately 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
• Days Off: Sunday & Monday
• Potential for performance-based bonus
