As a Business Applications & CRM Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the systems that drive our business forward. With a strong focus on Salesforce CRM and ERP platforms, this position blends technical troubleshooting, data integrity, and business process improvement to ensure our teams have the tools they need to succeed. - Build cross-functional business knowledge in sales operations, customer lifecycle management, and enterprise systems
What You’ll Do
- Provide first-level support for business applications, with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM, resolving user issues and managing support tickets
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues including workflows, dashboards, reports, data visibility, and system integrations
- Monitor system performance across CRM and ERP platforms, proactively identifying and escalating issues
- Maintain and ensure data accuracy across systems, including accounts, contacts, and opportunity records
- Support data management activities such as data imports, exports, duplication, and report generation within Salesforce
- Document support requests, issue resolutions, system configurations, and CRM processes to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency
- Assist with system testing, upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations, especially within Salesforce environments
- Partner with stakeholders across sales, customer service, and operations to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Support data governance initiatives, ensuring system data aligns with company standards and compliance requirements
- Participate in system audits, data cleanup efforts, and quality assurance activities across CRM and ERP systems
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Foundational understanding of enterprise business systems, particularly CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Proven ability to quickly learn, adapt, and navigate new technologies and systems
Skills & Abilities
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially within CRM and business application environments
- Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM fundamentals, including user support, reporting, and data management
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a computer-based, office environment for extended periods of time
- Ability to remain stationary and focused while analyzing systems, data, and troubleshooting issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and users across multiple channels
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce CRM, including user support, dashboards, reporting, or basic configuration
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, workflow automation, reports, and dashboards
- Working knowledge of SQL, databases, or reporting tools
- Experience supporting system integrations between Salesforce and ERP or other enterprise systems
Work Environment
- Primarily office-based environment with a focus on collaboration and system support
- Regular interaction with cross-functional teams including IT, sales, customer service, and operations
- Fast-paced environment requiring strong prioritization and multitasking skills
- Opportunity to work on multiple systems including CRM (Salesforce) and ERP platforms
- Involvement in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participation in data governance, audits, and quality assurance processes
- Occasional after-hours support may be required during system updates, releases, or critical issues
- Collaborative environment working with internal teams and external vendors to support business applications
