Position Overview:
We are seeking a caring, energetic, and reliable Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a positive learning environment, support children’s developmental growth, and build strong relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
• Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
• Observe and assess children’s progress and communicate with parents/guardians
• Maintain classroom routines and manage behavior in a positive manner
• Collaborate with fellow staff and participate in team meetings
• Ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working with young children (ages 0–5) preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood development
