Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our growing team at New England Home Health Services. For this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to a medically complex adult client in their home , ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
- This case looking to fill
- 5p-10p Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- 5p-11p Saturdays
- Monday-Friday 8:30am-2:30pm
Competitive hourly pay
- $38.00 to $60.34 based on discipline and experience
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to clients in their home, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs.
- Educate clients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist with case management duties as needed, coordinating services for clients.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of MA.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and basic life support techniques.
- Experience working with medically complex clients preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home health setting.
