Fine Motor Skills School Occupational Therapist - Brockton, Massachusetts

A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting serving students aged 3 to 12. This contract position runs from August 27th through June 26th, 2026, with a weekly schedule of 35 hours. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy services tailored to students' needs across preschool to grade 12.
• Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans focusing on fine motor development and school-related functional skills.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' educational goals.
• Complete thorough documentation and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings, assessments, and progress reporting as required.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based therapy settings.
• Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse mixed caseload of students.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric fine motor development and intervention techniques.
• Familiarity with educational environments and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
