Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Recruiter to join our team and support our hiring process for administrative positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and a deep understanding of administrative functions.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
2. Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and industry events
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
4. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
5. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
6. Maintain candidate databases and keep track of recruitment metrics
7. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
2. 2+ years of experience in recruiting, specifically in administrative roles
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS software
6. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
