Physical Therapist – 1-on-1 Patient Care Setting Joint Ventures Physical Therapy | Boston, MA

About This Location - Wayland, MA

Our Clinic in Wayland, MA is amazing! Wayland is recognized for quite the family attraction. Providing great school systems for children, a short commute from the Natick Mall and nearby hiking/walking trails if you're the outdoorsy type! Not only is this a great area to start building a family, this location provide autonomy for the Physical Therapist. No one is looking over your shoulder and telling you how to treat or bill. Additionally, there is an abundance of parking available!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1-on-1evidence-based physical therapy treatments for 40 minute sessions within a diverse patient population.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans to optimize patient recovery and performance.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold the highest clinical standards.

• Active Massachusetts PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care
• New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply!\
