At Greenfield Chevrolet we are committed to delivering exceptional automotive service experience. We are seeking a motivated, customer focused Auto-Service Advisor, to join our team and serve as the key liaison between customers and service technicians.
The Auto Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, recommending necessary services and ensuring timely and high-quality repairs. This position requires excellent communication skills, automotive knowledge, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen to customers concerns, and accurately document vehicle issues.
- inspect vehicles and recommend appropriate repairs.
- Upsell maintenance services ethically and effectively.
- Communicate service recommendations clearly and honestly.
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers license
- Automotive knowledge required (Dealership experience preferred)
