Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Psychiatric or Behavioral Health nursing
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Strong interpersonal and clinical assessment skills
