What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive dermatologic care across medical, procedural, and cosmetic services

• Build your own patient panel with a strong local referral base

• Deliver relationship-driven care in a true community setting

• Partner with pharmacy support to streamline treatment access and adherence

• Expand services based on patient needs (cosmetics, procedures, specialty clinics)

• Help shape workflows, culture, and the overall patient experience

What Makes You a Fit

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist

• Interested in community-based care with autonomy

Compensation & Upside

• Strong base compensation ($330K-$540K range) + upside potential
