JOB TITLE: Corporate Work Study Program Office Manager TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Full TimeREPORTS TO: Vice President, Corporate Work Study Program ABOUT NOTRE DAME CRISTO REY HIGH SCHOOL (NDCR) NDCR is a private, Catholic, college prep high school based in Methuen, Massachusetts serving 280 economically disadvantaged youth. The school is part of the Cristo Rey Network, a growing association of 42 schools across the United States whose education model is built around the Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP), a unique and highly successful partnership with the business community developed by the Jesuits and expanded nationally by a $21 million investment by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Cassin Educational Initiative Foundation. Through the CWSP, each of our students works five full days per month during the academic year at one of 74 companies throughout the Merrimack Valley, I-93/495 corridors, and southern New Hampshire. Students earn approximately 35% of the cost of their own education.

He/she is responsible for ensuring that the daily operations of the Corporate Work-Study Program run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. Specific responsibilities include: Administrative OperationsManage day-to-day office operations and workflowMaintain office systems, procedures, and organizational processes Order and manage office supplies and equipment Coordinate mailings, deliveries, and office communications Maintain calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics Ensure that the Workforce database information is accurate and up to dateOversee the updating of the Supervisor Handbook each yearParticipate in Cristo Rey Network conference calls and projects, as requestedStaff Support & CoordinationSupport the CWSP department coordinators/staff Schedule the weekly office meetings and set the agenda for the meeting in collaboration with the VP of CWSPCollect weekly accountable reports from CWSP coordinators unsubmitted timecards, fines, low timecard ratings, report card grades and comments, etc.Serve as a point of contact for visitors, families, partners Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees Coordinate internal communication and office coverage (morning and afternoon checking)Help maintain a positive and professional office environment Oversee the professional development training of staff (Cristo Rey Network trainings)Serve as a back-up driver when neededFinancial and Recordkeeping ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports Work in collaboration with the Finance Office for CWSP fines and collection Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems Handle confidential documents and information appropriately Communication and Customer ServiceAnswer phones, emails, and inquiries professionally Greet visitors and direct them appropriately Communicate clearly with staff, families, and partners Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations, as requestedEvent and Meeting CoordinationSchedule office meetings and prepare materials Coordinate events, training (Supervisor) or staff gatherings Oversee the Summer Young Professional Development Training ProgramArrange travel or logistics when necessary Compliance & Organizational SupportEnsure office procedures comply with organizational policies, (i.e.
