Subaru Salesperson: five-day week, no-pressure environment

COMPENSATION AND GUARANTEED TRAINING PAY

The work is interesting, fast-paced, and it rewards initiative and problem solving. Income is reliable and combines hourly compensation with a competitive commission and bonus structure. Income for salespeople ranges from $70,000-$120,000 per year and we maintain a much smaller sales team compared to typical dealerships, so there's plenty of opportunity for everyone. We have so much confidence that you will succeed with us that we guarantee you'll make $1,000 in income per week for the first three months. Generally our new salespeople make quite a bit more than that anyway.

SCHEDULE

The flexible schedule is just a little more than 40 hours per week, which is many fewer than the typical dealership. You'll work just five days per week, with every Sunday off, plus the same weekday off. You'll work most Saturdays because that's our busiest day. And the latest we close (Monday through Thursday) is at 7pm, so if you're scheduled to close that night you can still make it home in time for dinner.
