What You'll Do: A Day in the Life As a Customer Operations Analyst , you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience and supply chain efficiency. Here’s what your day might look like:

• Own and resolve customer order exceptions related to pricing, credit, inventory, systems, and transportation — always balancing cost efficiency with stellar service.
• Analyze data across multiple platforms to uncover opportunities for cost savings and service improvements — then take the lead to drive change.
• Collaborate with key internal teams and external partners to minimize future order exceptions and boost overall operational performance.
• Meet regularly with customers and brokers to troubleshoot issues, present updates, review metrics, and strengthen partnerships.
• Manage deduction balances and carryovers to hit key performance targets.
• ? Take charge of strategic tasks and projects that elevate the customer journey and optimize operations.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred — we value education, but experience speaks volumes!
• 1+ year of experience in Customer Operations, Supply Chain, or a similar role.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking — you see patterns where others see puzzles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (SAP is a big plus!)
• A confident communicator and relationship-builder — you know how to influence, collaborate, and get things done.
