Group Marketing Director — 3LED Group

We are seeking a Group Marketing Director with the strategic range and commercial acumen to operate at both corporate and brand levels. This individual will lead the evolution of 3LED’s marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning across divisions, and accelerate digital and e-commerce growth. The ideal candidate combines marketing leadership, business development awareness, and strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to “hold a room” and represent the company confidently to partners, customers, and investors.


Key Responsibilities:

Group-Level Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and digital growth strategy aligned with 3LED Group’s overall business goals.
• Define and manage the group brand architecture, ensuring clarity, consistency, and synergy between the 3LED identity and its subsidiary brands.
• Partner with the Executive Chairman and divisional General Managers to shape corporate messaging, PR, investor communications, and strategic storytelling.
• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary marketing team, managing both group resources and brand-level initiatives.
• Build strong alignment with Sales, Business Development, and Operations to support growth across channels and regions.

E-Commerce & Digital Development:

• Drive e-commerce growth for LEDSupply, Fusion Optix, and LEDdynamics, focusing on digital customer acquisition, UX, and conversion optimization.
• Oversee Salesforce CRM and marketing automation strategy and execution, ensuring seamless integration with e-commerce and ERP systems.
• Develop data-driven, multi-channel digital campaigns across SEO, paid search, social, and email to build brand awareness and measurable ROI.
• Establish analytics dashboards and KPI frameworks to track performance, lead flow, and marketing effectiveness.

Brand & Market Engagement:

• Work closely with General Managers in Massachusetts and Vermont to align marketing plans with divisional priorities and customer segments.
• Support divisional teams in product launches, go-to-market strategies, and creative direction.
• Lead the creation of high-impact content — presentations, case studies, technical storytelling, and thought-leadership materials — that reflect the depth of 3LED’s innovation.
• Represent the group at industry events, trade shows, and customer presentations; act as a visible ambassador and confident communicator for the 3LED brand family.
• Bring a business development mindset — identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic channels that align with group growth objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in lighting, technology, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in multi-brand management and digital commerce growth.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation tools, and digital analytics platforms.
• Strong business development orientation and ability to bridge marketing with sales and strategy.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills — able to engage credibly with executives, customers, and partners.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agencies or contractors.

Location:

Woburn, Massachusetts (Hybrid) with regular collaboration with 3LED teams and General Managers in Massachusetts and Vermont. Some travel to group facilities and industry events required.
