We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Technician 1 to join our team, Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4PM! As an essential part of our operation, you will play a crucial role in the successful distribution, movement, acquisition, and storage of company assets, all while supporting our financial and strategic objectives. This position involves collaborating with internal teams across Inventory, Sales, and Production to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.

You will adhere to the highest safety, hygiene, and safe food handling standards in compliance with both internal policies and industry regulations. Operating automated machinery safely and effectively is a key part of the role. You will also conduct quality checks and keep accurate records during the packaging process while reporting any issues promptly and performing minor equipment repairs or adjustments as needed. Additionally, you will maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized work area at all times, collaborate with other departments to complete wholesale orders on schedule, and assist with inventory control procedures.

We're looking for someone with prior experience in cannabis or supply chain management, though this is not required. Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus. You should have strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on complex and sensitive processes. The role requires the physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, reach, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a dynamic environment. Maintaining balance while climbing ladders, stooping, kneeling, or reaching will also be part of the job.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with peers and management are essential. Knowledge of compliance and safety protocols, and the ability to follow them consistently, is important for this role.
