Job Title: Packer

Job Description

Join our team as a packer, where you will be an essential part of the production process. You will work at the end of the production line, taking off products, counting them according to the order sheet, and packing them into boxes for shipment to customers.

Responsibilities

• Report to your supervisor at each shift.
• Be assigned to a production line for the day and receive cross-training between different lines during your first weeks.
• Apply labels, stack and pack boxes, and handle scrap parts.
• Fill out work orders based on the day's production run.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, although products typically weigh less.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to read and follow instructions.
• Basic counting skills.
• Experience with injection molding and operating injection molding machines.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with extrusion or injection molding processes is preferred.

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment where safety glasses are provided and must be worn at all times. The facility is temperature-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working environment. Enjoy paid breaks, including one 15-minute break and one 30-minute break. We offer three shifts: 1st shift from 7am-3pm, 2nd shift from 3pm-11pm, and 3rd shift from 11pm-7am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leominster, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
