As a Direct Support Woker, you will provide direct care services and assistance to individuals, helping them thrive in their daily lives and develop essential skills for a fulfilling community life. Your support will empower participants to reach their goals and embrace their potential!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist individuals with habilitative, behavioral, and recreational programs, as well as daily living activities like self-care and social skills
• Administer medication as needed and report concerns to supervisors to ensure high-quality care
• Attend meetings and transport individuals to appointments and activities using state vehicles
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold individuals' rights by following all laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive state vehicles
• Previous experience in direct care or related fields
• COVID 19 Vaccine
