This is a sole contributor position with end-to-end responsibility for sales performance across a large, high-potential region. About Us

As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing sales and strengthening LUMINOR’s presence across your territory by:
- Owning and executing the sales strategy for the Northeast USA region
- Building strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and key accounts
- Identifying, prospecting, and developing new key accounts aligned with company strategy
- Analyzing sales programs and market trends to uncover growth opportunities
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and communication
- Attending trade shows and delivering accurate, engaging product demonstrations
- Providing sales plans, forecasts, reports, and insights to support decision-making
Required
- 5–10 years of progressive sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills with excellent business acumen
- Proven relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excited to travel 50%+
- Valid passport, driver’s license, and eligibility for cross-border travel, and no criminal record
- Residence near the territory and a major airport
- Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Key account management experience (B2B wholesale, contractor, or OEM)
- Water industry experience (filtration, plumbing, pumps, etc.)
- Proven success managing and growing a sales territory
- Strong “hunter and farmer” mindset
- WQA certification
