A K-12 educational institution in Lynn, MA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Specialist with BCBA certification to support students across all grade levels during the current school year. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Implement evidence-based behavior support strategies to promote student success.

• Provide training and guidance to staff on behavior management techniques.
• Maintain detailed documentation and data to inform ongoing interventions.

Desired Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
