We are looking for a full time or part time Social Worker to join our Early Intervention Program serving the Lowell area. Come grow with us at Partners in Child Development !

Responsibilities:

• Provide Early Intervention (EI) services in the Greater Lowell area for children ages 0–3 with or at risk of developmental delays.
• Provides evaluations and therapeutic support to children and families.
• Assess risk factors (e.g., mental illness, substance abuse, violence) and address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Support family relationships, routines, and special needs and offer training, education, and resource support.
• Participate in creating and implementing Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Deliver home- and center-based services using parent coaching and developmentally appropriate activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and community service providers.

What you bring:

• MA licensure: LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or license-eligible.
• Relevant degree and 1–2 years’ experience with children under 5; experience with developmental delays preferred.
• Knowledge of developmental milestones and disabilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and uphold agency mission.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance for travel.
• Must pass criminal background and sex offender screening.
