Were looking for a full-time Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, youll educate customers, build relationships, and provide customized insurance solutions that protect what matters most.

• Base salary: $48,000 annually (based on experience)
• First-year total compensation estimate: $78,000+
• Medical benefits stipend: $3,000 annually

Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)

• Build strong rapport with clients to foster lasting relationships
• Deliver engaging sales presentations that highlight product value
• Educate clients on insurance options and coverage details
• Set and achieve individual sales goals within specified timelines
• Participate in daily training sessions and team development

• Property and Casualty License
• Insurance sales experience preferred, but not required
• Passion for sales and helping others
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and commitment to a team-oriented environment
